Ages 18 months - 3 years
This parent child class introduces students to creative movement. Songs, games, and repetition allow students to have fun while improving coordination and balance.

Jazz
Ages 5+
Students learn jazz technique in addition to improving rhythm, balance, and strength. Students are placed in Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels based on age and skill.

Baton NEW!
Ages 3+
Students learn baton twirling technique in addition to improving rhythm, balance, and coordination. Students are placed in Littles, Beginner, and Intermediate levels based on age and skill.

Modern/Contemporary
Ages 10+
Students learn modern and contemporary technique. Advanced level only. Intermediate students may enroll with instructor approval.
Suggested experience: Ballet, Jazz, & Lyrical

Choreography & Improv
Ages 10+
This class dives into music theory and musicality. Intermediate and Advanced students have a chance to become the choreographer and improve their improvisation skills
Prerequisite: 1 year intermediate level in any dance style

Littles - Creative Movement
Ages 3 - 4 years
This creative movement class uses songs, games, and repetition to allow students to have fun while improving coordination and balance. Students also start to learn ballet and tap fundamentals in this class.

Hip Hop
Ages 5+
Students learn hip hop technique and basic breakdancing in addition to improving rhythm, balance, and strength. Students are placed in Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels based on age and skill.

Musical Theater
Ages 8+
Students learn Musical Theater dance styles in addition to basic acting and vocals. Students are placed in Beginner/Intermediate or Intermediate/Advanced levels based on age and skill.

Ballet - Pointe
Instructor Approval Required
Students learn ballet technique with pointe shoes. Pointe classes meet twice a week for necessary strength training.
Prerequisites: 1 year Advanced Ballet/ Pre-pointe and instructor approval

Ballet
Ages 5+
Students learn ballet technique in addition to improving rhythm, balance, and strength. Students are placed in Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels based on age and skill.

Tap
Ages 5+
Students learn tap technique in addition to improving rhythm, balance, and strength Students are placed in Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels based on age and skill.

Lyrical
Ages 8+
Students learn lyrical style in addition to improving rhythm, balance, and strength. Students are placed in Intermediate or Advanced levels based on age and skill.

Hip Hop - Breakdancing
Instructor Approval Required
Students learn advanced hip hop and breakdancing styles.
Corequisite: must also be enrolled in a hip hop class of equal or higher difficulty

This strength training and cardio fitness class does not involve dancing. Strength building includes body weight exercises and small hand weights.

Sit - Fit
Ages 18+
This class is designed for people with limited mobility that have difficulty standing for a 30-45 minute class. Strength and flexibility exercises are adapted to be done while sitting.

Bad Dancers Anonymous
Ages 18+
This class is for self-proclaimed "bad dancers". Feel the freedom to move as you please without fear of judgement. Learn basic dance skills at your own pace and increase your confidence with the support of like-minded individuals.

Ages 18+
An entire class dedicated to slowing down and giving our bodies the attention that they need. This includes stretching, lengthening, and improving flexibility and balance.

Mommy - Fit NEW!
Ages 18+
A Prenatal/Postnatal fitness class taught in a safe environment and designed for your uniquely changing body. Special Equipment is used to assist with balance and safety.
